Dr. Adams has been in practice for over 40 years (since 1984 to be exact!). Her approach to chiropractic care is holistic, thoughtful, and comprehensive — and her office is warm, colorful, and inviting.

In her practice, she treats everyone from babies to grandparents. She's passionate about working with children, especially newborns, to help with a range of issues and to ultimately help create positive and lasting change starting at a young age.
Dr. Adams is an avid swimmer, rock climber and cyclist — and she loves working with athletes to help them meet their goals and get the most out of their workouts and sports. She evaluates and provides tips on how to maintain proper body mechanics and works with her patients to update and improve exercise routines.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on approach that releases tension and relieves pain. Dr. Adams uses slow movements and soft touch to help her patients feel more relaxed.
Pediatric Assessments and Treatments
Dr. Adams treats a range of issues for babies and children, including sucking disorders, colic, reflux, constipation, skin conditions, and issues with sleeping.

MRI and X-ray Reports
